Made-to-Order Production

All driiP Designs phone cases are printed to order.
This means your case is produced specifically for your selected phone model and finish after your order is placed.

Because of this, orders require production time before shipping.

Production Time

  • Most orders are produced within 2–3 business days

  • Production times may vary during high-volume periods or holidays

Once production is complete, your order is shipped and tracking information is provided when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times (after production):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: Varies by destination

These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Rates

Orders shipped within the continental United States qualify for free shipping.

Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and other locations are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier availability.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delays

driiP Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

driiP Designs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
