This Warranty outlines the coverage provided by driiP Designs for products purchased through www.driipdesigns.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
Warranty Coverage
driiP Designs warrants that products will arrive free from manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal use.
If your item arrives defective or damaged as a result of manufacturing or fulfillment issues, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to issues such as:
Defects in the phone case structure
Print errors caused during production
Damage that occurs during fulfillment or shipping
Claims must be submitted within 72 hours after delivery and should include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic changes due to regular use
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
Damage caused by modifications or repairs
Issues resulting from incorrect phone model selection
Color variation due to screen display differences
Because products are printed to order, changes of mind or preference are not covered under warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Include:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos showing the defect or damage
We will review the request and respond with next steps.
Resolution
If a warranty claim is approved, driiP Designs may:
Replace the product, or
Issue a refund to the original payment method
The resolution method is determined based on the nature of the issue.
Limitations
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased directly from www.driipdesigns.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, driiP Designs is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages beyond the value of the product purchased.
