Warranty Coverage
All products are warranted to arrive free from manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal use.
If your item arrives defective or damaged due to manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to:
Structural defects in the phone case
Print errors caused during production
Damage occurring during fulfillment or shipping
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include:
Order number
Clear photos of the issue
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic changes from regular use
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
Incorrect phone model selection at checkout
Minor color variations due to screen display differences
Changes of mind or preference
Because products are made to order, buyer’s remorse is not covered under warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Resolution
If a claim is approved, we may:
